How did they find the volume of this Calc II volume problem?
It says, Find the volume of the solid generated by revolving the region bounded by the graphs of the given equation about the y-axis. x=y^2/4, x=0, y=-4 and y=4. The answer is 128/5(pi). I have the right denominator and pi, but I keep getting the wrong numerator. I always get 2000 something.Thanks!

Xbox 360 Internet issues?
Last night I went and turned on my Xbox 360 and it refused to connect me to Xbox Live. I had last been on about 30 minutes before and it was working fine. My console is connected to my router by an ethernet cable and when I test the connection it tells me I am connected to my network, but not the Internet, and tells me "Your DNS server cannot resolve the names of the Xbox Live servers". I've restarted both my router and modem about a thousand times now and no success. However, my computer across the house works fine. I checked all my settings and they are fine. It's been more than 12 hours since then, still offline. What's wrong with it?
Emergency 4 "server not found"?
My friend and i wanted to play emergency 4 together but everytime we try to join eachothers game we get a "server not found" message. I have tried to host it and so has he and it happens to both of us. We can join other peoples matches just not each others. What free or cheap security service/program will upload images from a webcam to a remote server?
I'm looking specifically for something that will record if there's motion and it needs to automatically upload to a remote server in realtime. Files on a hard drive don't do any good if your computer is already gone.

It typically means the server is not resolving. Either the URL is not pointed to an IP address or there are no files on the server. Sometimes it's also an issue with your internet. I always check out another webpage that is dynamic, something like yahoo or your favorite blog. If the latest articles pop up then your internet service is fine and there is typically something wrong with the previous site you were visiting

i just lost my best friend, taylor thursday night. one minute she was with me at the computer and the next i heard her barking outside. i thought that maybe my fiance had tied her outside to go potty but when i heard the loud exhaust of my fiance's friends truck her bark getting further away i jumped up and started calling her back.. it was too late he stopped just across the street from my house and said "bad news"... ive never felt pain like this before i started bawling hysterically pleading to god to save her...i wasnt going to go across the street to see what happened but after a few minutes i felt something in my gut that said i should say goodbye... i got over there and she was still breathing. i held her and pet her as she laid there.. i dont think she felt any pain though.. which is a great relief.. we believe she broke her neck but she also had some internal injuries.. i told her to just close her eyes and let go..and she did.. :''''( i cant stop crying.. i dont want to do anything with my life anymore.. i dont want to wake up or go about my day.. i hate not having her around. ive never felt a hurt worse than this and i hope to god i never do again, but how am i ever supposed to love another dog when taylor was only a year and 3 months old, ive had her since she was 7wks and i hurt this bad... how do you overcome the pain? how do you start to live your life again? the hole in my heart makes me feel like i cant breath sometimes ive never shed so many tears.. i wake up early still to let her out, and at night when shes not in bed i feel for an instant i forgot to let her in..when im away from home i come home expecting her to greet me.. i dont want to wash my truck cause theres a muddy paw print on it from her.. i just wish i knew how to cope with this.. i know that if i just would have been paying more attention and didnt let her go downstairs she would have never snuck out of the basement and chased that truck.. i want so bad to make the pain go away but i feel like that day is so far away..

ok so i have never really had trouble with my eyes until now i am 13 well my eyes itch and hurt all the time really and anything faraway or close up is really hard to focus on especially when it is up close the object i am looking at when it is up close it doubles and gets blurry also if any writing is in small print and is close together like words in a book its hard for me to focus on stuff this isn't really a major thing its just i am wondering do i need to go see an eye doctor i have went before and i am able to read those charts but they are easy to read if you give me something like a book to read i will have trouble or an object close up or faraway should i go see an i doctor ?

Cannot play offline in Minecraft?
The Miecraft servers and minecraft.net were down today, and when I tried to log in (via the launcher) it gave me an error message "Cannot connect to minecraft.net" and then gave me the option to try again, or play offline. I selected "play offline" and when the loading screen came up, a window from AVG (my antivirus) came up and said something about a trojan, so I vaulted it. Now when I attempt to log in, I get teh same "cannot connect..." error message, and when I attempt to play offline, the window goes black and becomes unresponsive. Same thing when I tried to play via the browser, except the window went white. Is this a virus, or do I just have to be more patient until notch is done doing what he's doing? My friend is able to play offline, but I can't. Is there any fix to this issue?

Why does a site say I am online and I am not?
Well, what you are seeing is less than frequent updates, IF they even update pages at all after initially loading them. In essence, what you are seeing is a record in a database from when you last were there. The site polls users. It polls every minute, or hour, or day or at whatever interval the site is programmed to do. So, it may update your record when you log in, but not again for a day when it polls to see if you are still there, and THEN updates your status to off line. There is no way of telling how often they poll users to see if they are still online.

How do I go from being a hostess to a server?
I'm currently a hostess at Applebee's, I've been there for almost 3 months, and I'm making next to nothing. This is a side job for me on top of my full-time job, and the whole reason I wanted this job was to make money to pay off my college Ioans faster. Servers make much more money, so the whole point of my taking this job was to eventually become a server. I'm over 21, so I could be a server with no problems age-wise, but they made me a hostess because I didn't have any previous restaurant experience, and they told me if I did well, I could be a server within 3-4 months. I definitely do my best when I'm there, but I feel like I get yelled at a lot (though everyone does, especially when we're busy). If I want to be a server, should I bring it up to the manager, or wait for them to bring it up to me? And how should I go about bringing it up if I do?

All you need to do is to open up the Control Panel, and go to Printers, and then select "Canon MP470 Printer" (the one that doesn't work) and delete it. This should already make the other one be the default, but if it doesn't, then just right-click on it and select "Set as default". You could also rename it if you want. That should do it.

How to deal with people that won't leave your work?
I work in a store that accepts many payments for utilities, phones, loan payments, etc. We just take the payment and send it off via Western Union for the customer. After a payment is processed a control number is printed on the receipt. Sometimes the company asks the customer to call in with this number. There is this one man who pays two utility bills every month, and after he does he stands here, taking up my counter space, calling these companies (who usually put him on hold for 5-10 minutes) so he can confirm his payment. He also calls other companies when he's done to make payments over the phone with his card, payments that my business doesn't accept. I need to get work done that I can't do with customers in the store, and he takes up a lot of my time. How can I tell him to leave without sounding like I'm in the wrong?

imagine a 5 page magazine. Now imagine that magazine REALLY big. <--- I want to make a 5 page book of big posters. This is for my class presentation, and i want to be able to flip through each image as im talking. I don't want to draw it because im a bad drawer. I imagined the poster taking up 4 pieces of printing paper, but i dont think it's possible to print an image taking up four pieces of paper. Any suggestions?

Why is giving a teen too little freedom, basically none, bad?
My girlfriends mom barely lets her do anything ever. my girlfriend tries her best with everything and her mom just takes out her stress and because her life isnt good she doesnt want (my girlfriend) to be happy becuase she (mom) isnt happy. i prob now see my girlfriend once every 2 weeks for a couple hours. and its not just me. she hasnt hung out with any friends all year because any time her mom decided to let her do something, she spent it with me (few hours). My girlfriend tells me all the time that im the only thing that makes her happy. what can you tell me that will help convince her mother that too little freedom is bad? im not asking for a lot just maybe seeing my gf 2 times a week? why is giving a teen too little freedom bad??????? please help. i might print out what you say and give it to her mom if it sounds profesional and is convincing in order to convince her mom to lightin up!

Help with minecraft modded server?
i have a server and its on craftbukkit with some plugins. but i used to use just the normal hmod server and i liked it better. but since the last upgrade to minecraft it doesn't let you use it. the person who made the old one doesn't make it anymore. so is there a normal hmod out, i have seen people use it recently after the upgrade. my minecraft is on beta 1.2_02. thank you very much for all the help, need more information tell me.
