in our company we have two Exchange servers and it has 10 GB Rams. need to Upgrade this Ram up to 16 GB, i need to write a request letter to the board of management that, How this impact to the bussiness. after upgrade how this effect to the bussiness. with the Quatation we have to give the Reson. need to write a letter.
