Is online gambling legal in the US?

The only state where it is a felony is Washington State. Some other states have anti-gambling laws but don't make it a felony and have never prosecuted people for online gambling = not illegal. The servers for these online sites are NOT in the U.S. Most are overseas - some are in Quebec, Canada - Kanawakhe. Antigua is a popular country for these sites as well. It is a very grey area to say the least.
