Unable to connect to login server due to server check v83 maplestory private server?

OKAY i really need help so whenever i click on the GalaxyMS(private server) icon i get a message saying "We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues." i already added it to the exceptions on firewall and ive reinstalled GalaxyMS and the v83 client multiple times but i still get the message please help me :O
