Minecraft and Hamachi Trouble?

So I made a server on Minecraft using hamachi, now most of my friends can connect, but my one friend can't connect for some odd reason and it says connection timed out for him. I thought it might be the NAT on my router but I opened it and it didn't do anything. Any ideas on how to fix this.
