MeGUI settings for a 550mb file?

i encoded a 2gb avi file of movie 'RED' with MeGUI to a 570mb file with a setting of [program --preset veryslow --pass 2 --bitrate 5500 --stats ".stats" --deblock -1:-1 --bframes 3 --b-pyramid strict --ref 4 --vbv-bufsize 14500 --vbv-maxrate 14000 --subme 9 --psy-rd 1.0:0.06 --no-fast-pskip --output "output" "input" ] by x264: AVCHD profile. but there are some hazzy appearance of the movie. how to get the best print without any hazzyness?
