Moving to the Columbus Ohio area.. Trying to decide wich city to move to???

Trying to decide wich city to move to new Albany, Gahanna, Dublin, or Westerville. We have 2 school age kids so schools, and crime is a big concern. Also I am a bartender/server So I need to be close to a place worth working at. Any advice would be great.
