I attached 3 DVD drives to my PC: Can I rip 3 discs at once?? Please help...?

I set up this "ripping-station" and want to transfer my 200+ DVD movie collection to my media server (3 at a time)... Would I just open 3 instances of a ripping program or ISO creator, etc?
