just so you know, restaurant world beats its employees to death, you're probably better off at applebees than 90% of everywhere else in restaurants. and as for the tips averaging below minimum wage, the accountant is allowed to average yours against everyone elses so if the other girls are pulling 7 an hour, you wont win.
